Going back to where it all began! Ripken is so excited to be back at Ting Stadium for two Friday night games this season to fetch bats for the Holly Springs Salamanders! Ripken started his baseball career with the Salamanders in 2019 and can’t wait to see Sal and all of the Salamanders fans again!

Come join Ripken at the Battle of the Blades fundraising event for the North Carolina Air-Medical Association’s Scholarship Fund! There will be live music, food and beverages, face painting, games, a silent auction, and raffles! Wool E. Bull and Ripken the Bat Dog will also make an appearance! 

Come out to watch flight crew members including Nurses, Paramedics, Respiratory Therapists, EMTs, Aviation Mechanics, Communication Specialists and Pilots from across the state compete in a softball tournament! Come learn about the helicopter EMS profession and watch as Wool E. Bull arrives by helicopter to throw out the opening pitch!

All proceeds and donations will benefit the North Carolina Air-Medical Association Scholarship Fund to provide educational opportunities for flight crew members.

Come celebrate the grand opening of the new Downtown Cary Park and check out everything the park has to offer including their BARK BAR! Yes, you read that right, the Bark Bar is an open air pavilion that offers beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks! The Bark Bar is next to the Barkyard – a dog park divided into two sections for smaller and larger breeds. While I may not be able to enjoy your human beverages, I will be in attendance meeting some new friends and taking pictures from 11am-1pm!
